Fabrice Bonnot is now in the spotlight in the heart of the Ainay district
Cuisines et dépendances
By Fabrice BONNOT

One empire, one name It is guaranteed that something will happen in the sophisticated and cosy surroundings of Fabrice Bonnot, who is above all a compassionate man, an author of several successful cookery books, a friend of artists and the organiser of the ‘Soupe en Scène’ event. In the contemporary décor and soft lighting in the heart of the Ainay district, customers can savour a sensual pleasure of tastes, from an authentic bouillabaisse to plancha- cooked scallops. If the chef takes great delight in preparing seafood, he also excels in cooking roasted sweetbreads, seared duck foie gras and chicken pastilla with sweet lemon. Those with a sweet tooth will find it impossible to not be tempted by the ‘Maxi Finger et Dépendances’ dessert. It can all be enjoyed in the dining area or in a quiet, private room.
