A peaceful and gourmet spot located in the ‘Part-Dieu’ district in which to enjoy a meal of simple bistro-style traditional dishes with friends or colleagues. Ludovic Boulgakoff, who originates from Bourgoin-Jallieu (Domaine de Clairefontaine, Bistrot du Palais and Gabion), has been satisfying his customers in Lyon since 2010 with his tasty and well-crafted cuisine. The high level of quality is apparent throughout the whole menu and it is also exceptional value for money as a result of his market produce inspired ingredients. The restaurant is attractive, both in terms of the atmosphere and in what is being served, and the chef, whose first concern is the enjoyment of his customers, has been rewarded with the title of master restaurateur. It is the perfect place to tuck into a grenadine of veal with Darphin potatoes, followed by whole bass roasted in fleur de sel and rounded off with a warm pineapple verrine with guava foam. It is a name to remember.
