The cuisine of Stéphane Fernandez, strongly influenced by the Mediterranean (due to his Iberian origins) brings to mind sea spray and sunshine. He delights his friends with a simple thin French truffle tart or plancha-cooked octopus fricassee in contemporary surroundings filled with deep chairs and soft lighting, or on the shady terrace in summer. You can also enjoy lovely starters, before tucking into a hearty Milan schnitzel or enjoying some grilled Cameron prawns. If you still have some space, try the amazing French toast with praline, or, if you would prefer a lighter dessert, a soufflé glazed with verbena.
