
With its huge dining area with a contemporary décor and welcoming terrace, ‘Le 109’ is a breath of fresh air in the Décines countryside. The place is designed to bring pleasure to everyone, whether for a meal with friends or a business lunch and the welcome is particularly attentive, all in a distinctly ‘happy chic’ atmosphere. The chef, Michaël Toledo is inspired by his Spanish roots and experience at top restaurants in Switzerland and Lyon. Fresh ingredients full of the gentle scents of summer, oils, herbs and cold meats are the ingredients which best speak to the chef’s soul. His particular gift is reinventing the great classics with finesse and expertise. Cooking is a passion which this young chef is keen to share and his wild boar terrine, fresh frog legs and beef steak with peppers are fine examples of this!
