‘L’Auberge des Grenouillats’, named after the frog hunters of yesteryear, combines the authenticity of a small, peaceful, warm and friendly village inn with regional cuisine which showcases the wide range of local, seasonal ingredients. In the heart of the Mâconnais area and in recently refurbished surroundings, Luc Dervieux invites guests to enjoy a sophisticated cuisine which is deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of Burgundy. His passion has been awarded with a Bib Gourmand in recognition of his menu’s excellent value for money. The menu changes each day according to what the chef has bought at market, but always includes the traditional fresh frog legs, cuts of Charolais beef and Bresse chicken. The authentic, sophisticated and hearty fare, and a wine list which complements the dishes perfectly will mean that you will jump for joy!
