The delightful décor in this restaurant ideally located in the Monts d’Or is a promise of what is to come. From outside areas, which just invite relaxation and memorable aperitifs with games of pétanque, to cosy interiors or the shaded terrace, all pleasures are catered for and actively encouraged! The warm and friendly hospitality naturally leads on to savouring specialities created by the chef. Pascal Nolin showcases traditional dishes and his experience with molecular cuisine by offering an inventive, gourmet menu full of flavour and based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The chef’s ‘little added something’ is a touch of originality with those feel-good flavours borrowed from the Mediterranean and Asia. The steak or tartare of Aveyron farm-reared pork are as tasty as you could wish for and the wine list and desserts are an irresistible invitation to prolong the gourmet experience.
