Restaurant Cuisines et dépendances - Fabrice BONNOT
Fabrice Bonnot is now in the spotlight in the heart of the Ainay district
Cuisines et dépendances
By Fabrice BONNOT

Fabrice Bonnot, a compassionate man, author of several successful cookery books and a friend of artists, unleashes his enthusiasm and energy without reserve. His expertise is reflected by everyone around him, be it in the kitchens or the dining area. Naturally charismatic and warm-hearted, he organises the ‘Soupe en Scène’ charity event every year. His restaurant, located in the heart of the Ainay district, is both sophisticated and cosy, with soft lighting and a quiet, private room. The chef takes great delight in preparing seafood, such as his authentic bouillabaisse and plancha-cooked scallops. He also excels at roasted sweetbreads, seared duck foie gras and chicken pastilla with sweet lemon. Those with a sweet tooth be warned! It is impossible not to fall immediately for his ‘Maxi Finger et Dépendances’ dessert!
