
This 60 year-old, well-known establishment, much loved by the people of Lyon, is ideally located close to the Place Bellecour. The walls, decorated with murals depicting the history of the location, house a gastronomic haven, full of elegance and warmth. These are the values which have inspired Romain Borgeot since 2008, the date on which he took over the reins from his elders. The menu offers a seasonal, gastronomic cuisine which respects traditional Lyon cooking and which is prepared and presented with care. Thornback ray with a beurre noisette sauce, saddle of hare with a pepper sauce, baked duck on a canapé – it is difficult to know how to choose!
