This establishment, located on the doorstep to Dauphiné and prettily named after a bird, is where both culinary and artistic pleasures can be enjoyed. Shaded by the hundred-year-old lime tree, all senses are awakened in these natural surroundings, where you can enjoy one discovery after another whilst never losing sight of traditional French cuisine. The chef likes artists to add their work to the sensory experience and works hard to maintain his beautiful garden and its many water features. You can enjoy a sense of peaceful perfection here, as illustrated by the squab baked in a rich sauce, the beef cheek in panelloni and the home-made desserts. The menu is complemented with lovely, seasonal suggestions. Jean-Claude Marlhins takes as much care over his wine list as he does his hospitality. Any desire to extend the stay and enjoy the region further can be fully catered for!
