
Produce from nearby Croix-Rousse market features strongly on the menu. Exquisite local produce is served up by the expert chef, Patrice Chenet. This is illustrated by the home-made rabbit and duck rillettes with salad from the market and the roast lamb noisette with thyme and baby vegetables.
