Restaurant Maison Allardon - Christophe Allardon
If the menu evolves with the rhythm of the seasons, the frogs' song is perpetual
Maison Allardon
By Christophe Allardon

Christophe Allardon, who continues a family tradition lasting three generations, has been creating his cuisine for over 20 years with skill and elegance. A former pupil of the Lyon greats, the chef orchestrates the delivery of his indulgent cuisine (for ‘sinners with good souls’!) in two different ambiances. On the one hand, there is the bistro-style restaurant looking out over a green, Tuscany- inspired courtyard. On the other, there is the authentic surroundings of a smooth-running and welcoming family brasserie. Christophe Allardon, supported in the kitchens by Emmanuel Serra, updates his menu every 3 weeks in order to keep it freshly seasonal. However, his restaurant always offers the gourmet favourites, such as the famous fresh frog legs and ‘home made’ waffles served with hot chocolate and Chantilly cream. This tasty, authentic cuisine served in the old village of Saint Priest is treasured like a culinary jewel for fine diners – which is quite unusual. Go on in and find happiness in the cuisine!
