A cuisine which is soaked in sunshine…and consumed whilst showering it with praise. This ‘micro climate’ in Les Brotteaux is due to the creativity of Clovis Khoury, who delights guests at his gourmet restaurant with dishes worthy of the very best of magicians! The chef, who is originally from Lebanon, won Gault et Millau’s ‘Techniques d’excellence’ award in 2019. He enjoys combining flavours from around the world, which he serves in the sophisticated surroundings of his restaurant and the adjoining bar, ‘Clos…Bis’. What else is an obsession? An eco-responsibility which appears in all kinds of ways – almost all the products used are organic and come from local terroirs. This beautiful, borderless gourmet experience begins with Loctudy langoustines, salsify and butternut, followed by smoked burrata and beefsteak tomato velouté, then veal shank confit with leek before enjoying a Nice lemon, yuzu, grapefruit and orange tart. Pure magic!
