This haven of calm and delight is tucked away on the doorstep of the legendary Circuit Paul Ricard race track. Here, you can feel the influence of the wide open sea and the Mediterranean and enjoy the sun’s caressing rays and the gentle shade of the umbrella pines. The talented Christophe Bacquié exercises his culinary skills here, using ingredients with exceptional knowledge and expertise. He was born and grew up in Corsica, won a ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ and was awarded his first two Michelin stars. In 2009, the mainland welcomed him with open arms and, in the sumptuous surroundings of the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, he joined the greats in French gastronomy when he won his third Michelin star. His cuisine illustrates his own story and that of his country, with his passion for seafood evident in seven or eight dishes.
